This Stage 2 file was built for a 2002 Evo7 with a fresh internal build and larger turbo, designed to run both pump 98 and E85 depending on availability. The workshop recorded 260 kW at the wheels and 420 Nm of torque on their dyno, up from 214.7 kW and 310 Nm baseline. The calibration manages the full flex fuel range with appropriate ignition and fuelling adjustments across both blends.

The built bottom end provides headroom, and the larger turbo delivers the extra airflow needed to reach these numbers safely. Fuelling was dialled in for both ethanol content extremes, and timing maps were tailored to prevent knock on 98 while taking full advantage of E85's cooling and octane benefits when available. Intended for off-road and closed-circuit competition use.
