Calibration Analysis

Datalog Review for Workshops

The data decides the tune. We read your AFR, boost, timing and knock logs and turn them into specific, safe calibration changes — with an in-portal analyser to view every channel. For approved workshops Australia-wide.

No Log, No Revision

Read the Data Before You Change the Tune

A calibration is only as good as the data behind it. Reviewing a log properly means correlating boost against target, watching knock retard and timing together, checking fuelling under load and spotting the trims that hint at a problem before it becomes a failure. We interpret the run and return clear, prioritised changes — and approved dealers can load the logs into the in-portal analyser to see every channel as a chart. This is the same review loop behind every ECU tuning file revision; the full channel list is in the workshop calibration guide.

Fuelling

AFR / lambda, injector duty cycle, fuel trims and rail pressure read together, not in isolation.

Ignition & knock

Timing and knock retard tracked across the load range to find the real margin — and where it runs out.

Boost & air

Boost target versus actual, airflow and intake temperature, so the cause of a deviation is clear before the next change.
