Standalone Engine Management

Standalone ECU Calibration

Base maps and data-led calibration support for Haltech, MoTeC, Syvecs, Link and Emtron engine management — for approved workshops, engine builders and race teams. Off-road, motorsport and competition use.

Standalone Engine Management

Built From the Ground Up, Calibrated From the Data

A standalone ECU replaces or supplements the factory unit and is configured from scratch — sensor scaling, fuel and ignition models, idle, transient enrichment, and the protection strategies that keep the engine alive. It is the common path on heavily built and motorsport engines where the OEM calibration has run out of room. We provide a sound base configuration to commission from and support the calibration through the dyno from your logged data. For OEM-platform flash work instead, see ECU tuning files.

Haltech & Link

Elite, Nexus and G4X configurations for OEM-replacement and full standalone builds.

MoTeC

M-Series calibration for motorsport and high-performance applications.

Syvecs & Emtron

Programming and calibration for high-output road and competition engines.

Commissioning is done on the engine

A base map is a safe starting point, not a finished tune. Final calibration requires the engine running under controlled load with full data logging — see the workshop calibration guide.
