Professional ECU Tuning. A professional B2B ECU & TCU calibration and tuning-file service for approved Australian workshops, performance shops and remote tuning professionals.

What we do

Protunes supplies bespoke ECU and TCU calibrations and master tuning files to professional automotive businesses. Our work covers custom ECU remapping, TCU remapping, diesel tuning, datalog review and remote calibration, across the major flashing platforms and standalone engine-management systems. Alongside the calibration service we run a performance parts store — turbochargers, intercooling, exhausts, fuel systems and engine management — open to everyone at retail pricing, with trade pricing for approved workshop accounts.

How we calibrate

Every calibration follows a documented methodology built around measured data, not guesswork. You can read how we approach a job on our calibration methodology page, work through common issues in our calibration problem library, and see real, verified before/after results in the tune archive. Dyno figures shown across the site are digitised from dynamometer reports supplied by the tuning workshop — Protunes does not claim to operate an in-house dyno.

Who we work with

The calibration and tuning-file service is business-to-business: access is restricted to approved professional workshops and dealers. Car owners are welcome in the parts store, through at-home tuning, and via our ECU bench-unlock service. Workshops looking to add calibration to their business can apply through the Trade Program.

Intended use

All calibrations supplied by Protunes are for off-road and closed-circuit competition use only. We do not supply files for vehicles operated on public roads, and regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of the customer.
