ECU Tuning Files for Australian Workshops

Custom ECU calibration files built around your vehicle and your data — not generic off-the-shelf maps. Supplied to approved workshops, dyno operators and remote calibrators in every state and territory, for off-road and competition use.

What We Supply

Custom ECU Calibration Files, Built to the Vehicle

An ECU tuning file is the engine's calibration — the fuel, ignition, boost, torque and limiter tables that decide how it runs. A good file is developed from the vehicle's own stock read and adjusted for its exact hardware and application. Every file we supply is hand-built for that car; we do not ship generic, one-size-fits-all maps. The result is matched to the injectors, turbo, fuel system and intended use the workshop declares — and refined against real data logs before it is signed off.

Stage 1, 2 & 3

From safe factory-hardware Stage 1 calibrations through to fully built engines — the calibration scope follows the hardware, not a fixed package.

Petrol, Diesel & 4WD

Turbo and naturally aspirated petrol, common-rail diesel, and 4WD / ute applications including tow and performance builds.

Data-Driven

Calibrations are revised against your logged AFR, boost, timing and knock data — not assumptions. See the workshop calibration guide.

Master File Service

Master ECU Tuning Files for Workshops

Many workshops run a slave-licensed flashing tool that can only write calibrations supplied by a master tuner. We act as that master file source: every calibration is a master ECU tuning file built from the vehicle's own stock read — version-controlled and delivered ready to flash — so a slave-tool workshop gets the same hand-built, data-validated file a master account would produce in-house.

Master & slave tools

Master or slave licence, the workflow is the same — upload the read and we return a calibration matched to your tool. Your tool is selected when you upload a file.

Original master calibrations

Each master file is developed from the OEM read for the specific car — never copied from a generic library — so it fits the exact hardware the workshop declares.

Versioned & revisable

Every master tuning file is tracked by version; revisions after datalog review return against the same order, so you always flash the current file.

Coverage

Platforms and Vehicles We Calibrate

We build ECU files across OEM platforms and the major flash and standalone systems. For transmission calibration, see TCU tuning files.

Tuning platforms

ECUtek, MHD, bootmod3, HP Tuners, VersaTuner and PCMTec, plus standalone engine management on Syvecs, MoTeC, Haltech, Link ECU and Emtron.

Vehicles

Petrol and diesel models across the major makes. Browse supported vehicles and typical gains in the vehicle database, or see dyno-verified results in the tune archive.

Process

How the File Service Works

1. Upload the stock read

Read the ECU and upload the original file through the portal with the vehicle details and a complete, accurate modification list.

2. We quote and calibrate

We review the file and send a quote. Once accepted, the calibration is hand-built for the vehicle and returned to your dashboard.

3. Flash, log, refine

Flash the file, capture data logs under controlled load, and submit them for review. Revisions continue until the calibration is confirmed stable.

Workshop-only access

Register your workshop to upload files, receive quotes and download calibrations. Accounts are manually reviewed — retail enquiries are not accepted.
