L98 LS swapped E39 with cam and breathing sorted

Classic E39 chassis with a proper L98 LS conversion, running a camshaft upgrade and free-flowing headers paired with intake work. The file was built to work with the cam profile and improved breathing, keeping the torque curve usable while still letting the LS spin out cleanly.

Workshop recorded 250 kW at the wheels with 380 Nm, which is solid output from this combination without needing forced air. The tune focused on fuel and timing calibration to suit the upgraded valvetrain and exhaust flow, making sure the motor runs clean on pump fuel and delivers consistent power through the gears.

Good example of a well-sorted naturally aspirated LS swap where the supporting hardware and tune are matched properly.

Common questions
What fuel does this tune require?

Fuel type wasn't recorded with this file. Most naturally aspirated LS tunes of this spec run safely on 98 RON, but confirm with the original workshop notes or test conservatively.

Is this the stock L98 cam or aftermarket?

It's listed as a cam upgrade, so not factory spec. The tune accounts for altered valve events and duration, which is why ignition and fuel maps differ from a stock LS calibration.

Will this file suit my L98 E39 swap?

Only if your hardware closely matches: cam spec, headers, intake setup. LS tunes are cam-sensitive, so even small differences in duration or lobe separation will need recalibration.
