F6 FG — Stage 1 ECU Tune
- 334 kW power output achieved
- 18 lbs boost pressure maintained
- Optimised air intake temperature via FMIC
- Enhanced exhaust flow with downpipe
- Stage 1 ECU calibration for naturally aspirated platform
This 2010 FG F6 came through with a front-mounted intercooler and downpipe already fitted, and the job was to extract what the hardware allowed without stepping into injector or turbo territory. Stage 1 software brought it to 334 kilowatts at the wheels and 540 newton-metres, running 1.24 bar of boost.
The intercooler keeps intake temps honest during back-to-back runs and summer highway work, while the downpipe frees up enough exhaust flow to let the factory turbo work more efficiently. Calibration focused on timing advance, fuelling, and boost control to make reliable power within the factory turbo's envelope. Intended for closed-circuit and off-road competition use.
Is this still on factory injectors and turbo?
Yes. The build is Stage 1 software-only, so the factory turbo and fuelling hardware remain unchanged. The intercooler and downpipe allow the turbo to run more efficiently at 1.24 bar.
What dyno result does this reflect?
334 kW at the wheels and 540 Nm, as recorded by the workshop that supplied the file.
Does this need 98 RON?
The calibration file is written for premium unleaded as a minimum. Fuel spec should be confirmed with the workshop before flashing.
