C63 507 with Weistec Stage 2 and headers: 489 kW at the wheels

The M157 is already a strong platform from the factory, but the 507 Edition leaves plenty of room for expansion when the right hardware is in place. This 2014 C63 came to us with a full Weistec Stage 2 supercharger kit and long-tube headers already fitted, and the calibration work centred on extracting reliable power for closed-circuit use.

The file adjusts fuel delivery, ignition advance, and supercharger control to suit the increased airflow and boost pressure. The workshop recorded 489 kW at the wheels with 1030.4 Nm of torque, both well beyond the factory output and comfortably in the range you'd expect from this hardware combination on 98 RON. Thermal management and part-throttle drivability were prioritised throughout the rev range.

Stage 2 supercharger builds tend to expose weak points in the driveline, so it's worth checking transmission, diff, and axle condition before pushing hard. The file is conservative enough to live on the street but really comes alive on track.

Common questions
Is the factory ECU capable of handling this level of boost and power?

Yes. The M157 ECU has enough headroom in the calibration to manage Stage 2 supercharger hardware without needing a standalone. The file adjusts fuel, timing, and boost control within the factory architecture.

What's the risk of running this power level on the standard transmission?

The factory MCT gearbox can handle the torque if it's in good condition, but regular fluid changes and occasional inspections are essential. Track use will accelerate wear, so budget for servicing.

Will this tune work on 98 RON or does it need E85?

This calibration is designed for 98 RON pump fuel. The M157 responds well to E85 if you want more headroom, but the file supplied here is petrol-based and the dyno results reflect that.
