The facelift C63S runs the twin-turbo 4.0L V8, and this Stage 1 file lifts wheel power from 227 kW to 350 kW with torque climbing from 530 Nm to 612 Nm. No hardware required—just a straight calibration addressing boost control, fuelling, and ignition timing to unlock what the platform is already capable of.
The result sits well within the tolerances of the factory drivetrain and cooling. We focused on maintaining drivability while opening up the mid-range, which is where the car spends most of its time on the road. Logs from the workshop showed stable EGTs and no knock events during validation.
This is a solid step up for daily use, though as always with high-output forced-induction builds, intended for off-road and closed-circuit competition environments.
