The YD25 in the D40 Navara responds well to a software-only tune, and this file delivers exactly that: 111 kW and 465 Nm at the wheels, up from a factory 88 kW and 365 Nm. The torque lift is where you'll feel it most—whether towing a decent load through regional NSW or merging onto the highway with a loaded tray.
This is a Stage 1 file with no hardware changes required. The factory turbo, injectors, and intercooler remain in place. It's a practical upgrade for a working ute that still sees daily road duties and the occasional touring run where fuel economy and driveability matter as much as the extra shove.
