370Z — Stage 2 ECU Tune
- 8% power increase
- 9% torque increase
- Improved power delivery
- Improved torque response
- Enhanced boost control characteristics
- Optimised fuel system performance
This factory ECU file extracts clean gains from a 2010 370Z fitted with a high-pressure fuel pump, upgraded injectors, boost control hardware, and wastegate solenoids. The VQ37 responds well to drive-by-wire tuning and fuelling adjustments when the supporting mods are in place.
Dyno results showed 218 kW at the wheels with 525 Nm of torque, up 12 kW and 45 Nm over stock. The torque curve is where this file shines — useful pull from mid-range through to redline on 98 RON. Well suited to street use or closed-circuit track days where throttle response and consistency matter more than headline figures.
This calibration keeps the factory ECU in play, so no standalone conversion is required. Workshop feedback noted smooth throttle transitions and stable fuelling under load.
Why does a naturally aspirated 370Z need boost control and wastegate solenoids?
The VQ37 is factory naturally aspirated, so this build likely runs a turbo conversion. The boost hardware and injectors support that application, and the file is intended for off-road or closed-circuit use.
Can this file run on standard 91 RON fuel?
No. This calibration is designed for 98 RON. Running lower octane fuel risks knock and engine damage.
Does the factory ECU handle the extra fuelling and boost reliably?
Yes, with the upgraded fuel pump and injectors fitted, the factory ECU can manage the fuel demand. Boost control solenoids and drive-by-wire tuning ensure stable operation within safe parameters.
