300C — Stage 1 ECU Tune
- 27% power increase
- 14% torque increase
- Improved fuel efficiency
- Enhanced boost control
- Optimized fuel delivery
The 2012 300C diesel responds well to a sensible software-only approach. This Stage 1 file lifts power from 116 kW to 147 kW at the wheels, with torque climbing from 408 Nm to 466 Nm. No hardware changes required.
The calibration focuses on boost control, wastegate solenoid behaviour, drive-by-wire mapping, high-pressure fuel pump strategy, and injector pulse refinement. It's a practical step up for highway cruising and long-distance touring, keeping the factory hardware intact while improving mid-range response and overtaking margin.
The factory ECU handles the changes without drama, and the gains are useful without pushing into territory that demands supporting modifications. Ideal for operators after more usable torque without opening up the engine bay.
Does this tune require any hardware changes?
No. This is a Stage 1 software-only calibration. All factory components remain in place.
What areas of the calibration were adjusted?
Boost control, wastegate solenoid logic, drive-by-wire mapping, high-pressure fuel pump strategy, and injector pulse width were all refined to deliver the power and torque gains.
Is this suitable for a daily driver doing long trips?
Yes. The gains are well within the capability of the factory hardware, making it a sensible upgrade for highway and touring use.
This calibration was developed for a workshop like yours
The Chrysler 300C above was calibrated by Protunes for a partner workshop — they did the vehicle work and kept their customer; we did the calibration engineering on the Factory. Add professional ECU and TCU calibration to your workshop without employing a calibration engineer.
