Navara NP300 — Stage 2 ECU Tune
- 39% power increase to 150kW
- 15% torque increase to 466Nm
- 140Nm additional torque in midrange
- Improved fuel efficiency
- Enhanced boost control
- Optimized fuel injection timing
The YD25 in these NP300s responds well to breathing mods, and this file reflects that. With a full exhaust system and upgraded intercooler fitted, we've pushed this 2022 D23 to 150 kW at the wheels and 466 Nm, up from 108 kW and 409 Nm factory. The extra 42 kW arrives without drama, and torque climb through the mid-range makes overtaking and towing less of a chore.
Factory ECU limits are revised to match the new hardware. Fuel delivery, timing, and torque limiters are all addressed to keep the curve clean and repeatable. No smoke, no hunting, just more useful shove where you need it on long hauls or loaded runs. Supplied on the factory ECU platform.
What hardware is needed to support this Stage 2 file?
This calibration requires a full exhaust system and an upgraded intercooler as a minimum. The tune is written to match those modifications and won't be safe or effective on a stock setup.
Is the torque gain safe for the stock drivetrain and clutch?
The torque lift to 466 Nm is moderate but still above factory spec. Workshop should advise the customer on clutch condition and expected service life, particularly if the vehicle is used for towing or loaded work.
How does this file handle summer heat and long highway running?
The intercooler upgrade is critical for thermal management. With that in place, the tune holds timing and fuelling consistently under extended load, which is important for Australian touring and towing conditions.

The Nissan Navara above was calibrated by Protunes for a partner workshop — they did the vehicle work and kept their customer; we did the calibration engineering on the Factory. Add professional ECU and TCU calibration to your workshop without employing a calibration engineer.
