The Haltech 1/4 inch stainless steel weld-on base delivers a robust foundation for mounting temperature sensors and other 1/4 inch NPT threaded components. Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel, this weld-on bung resists corrosion and heat degradation in harsh engine bay environments. Designed for professional installation, it allows you to create permanent sensor mounting points in custom locations across intake manifolds, oil pans, exhaust systems and coolant passages. The base-only configuration gives workshops flexibility to position sensors exactly where data acquisition demands without pre-existing ports.
