B18 Integra flex fuel setup nets 278 kW at the hubs

This '92 Integra came in as a full road-to-track conversion with a built B18 bottom end, Skunk2 internals, and a turbo kit. The owner wanted flex fuel capability for circuit work, so we calibrated the Haltech to handle pump 98 and E85 interchangeably without needing a reflash each time.

The dyno sheets show 278 kW and 372 Nm at the wheels, up from 215 kW and 318 Nm on the previous map. The high-pressure fuel system and upgraded injectors gave us the headroom needed for clean fuelling under boost, and the Haltech handled the flex fuel scaling without issue. The wastegate and boost solenoid calibration came together cleanly once the fuelling was locked in.

This one's strictly for closed-circuit use. The power delivery suits short gears and tight tracks where the torque curve matters more than outright top end.

Common questions
What's the advantage of flex fuel calibration on a turbo Honda?

It lets the car run on pump 98 for street driving or shakedown laps, then switch to E85 for competitive sessions where the cooling and octane benefits allow more aggressive timing and boost. No need to carry multiple maps or reflash between events.

Is 278 kW reliable on a B18 platform?

With proper internals and fuelling, yes. This engine has Skunk2 components and a high-pressure fuel system, both critical for durability at this output. Regular maintenance and track-day inspections are non-negotiable at this level.

Can this file be adapted to a similar B-series build?

The calibration is tailored to this specific combination of turbo, injectors, and fuel system. We'd need your workshop to provide dyno data and hardware specs to produce a safe, effective map for a different setup.
