E90 335i N55 Stage 3 — PureTurbos upgrade, full bolt-ons

This is a properly sorted N55 build for off-road competition use. The customer brought a 2010 E90 335i fitted with a PureTurbos Stage 1 turbo sporting a Borg Warner core and upgraded front housing, full exhaust work from turbo to tailpipe, a CSF intercooler, GFB diverter valve upgrade, solid charge pipe, and a cold air intake. Supporting hardware is all there.

The calibration focused on extracting usable output across the range without leaning on aggressive timing strategies that don't survive track conditions. Post-tune numbers came in at 237 kW at the wheels with 568 Nm, recorded on the workshop dyno. The torque curve is strong and flat through the mid-range, which is where these cars live on circuit.
