Stage 2 RS6 C8: downpipes and ECU for 410 kW at the wheels

The latest RS6 makes good power from the factory, but the standard exhaust chokes it once you start pushing the V8. This Stage 2 file was built around a pair of aftermarket downpipes, opening up flow and giving the calibration room to move.

The result was 410 kW at the wheels, up 20 kW, with torque climbing from 650 to 780 Nm. The midrange pickup is noticeably sharper, and the AWD chassis puts it down cleanly. Intended for closed-circuit use.

We've tuned this combination across several C8 RS6s now. The factory ECU responds well to proper recalibration once the exhaust restriction is addressed, and the result is a more responsive car without touching the internals.

Common questions
What fuel does this tune require?

Fuel spec wasn't recorded with this file. Most Stage 2 RS6 calibrations we supply are built for 98 RON, though some workshops request E85 variants depending on customer use case.

Is this safe for the factory transmission?

This is an ECU-only tune. The ZF8 in the RS6 is robust, but torque has increased substantially. Some workshops recommend a TCU tune to manage shift pressure and timing under the added load.

Do I need any other mods beyond downpipes for this result?

Downpipes are the primary hardware change. A good cold-air intake helps, but the calibration itself is built around freer exhaust flow.
