E55 AMG supercharger pulley tune for street and circuit

The M113 kompressor responds well to mechanical upgrades once you've sorted the fuel delivery and boost control to match. This file was built around a smaller supercharger pulley and high-pressure fuel pump recalibration, with injector mapping adjusted to keep fuelling clean at 0.9 bar on 98 RON.

Power lifted marginally from 302 kW to 303 kW at the wheels, but torque is where the work shows: 610 to 641 Nm, giving the car noticeably better mid-range punch. Wastegate solenoid tuning keeps boost stable under load, and the revised injector map prevents lean spots that these cars can develop when you step up the pulley without sorting the fuel side properly.

Suited to street use and closed-circuit work where you want safe, repeatable performance on pump fuel without chasing headline numbers.

Common questions
Why such a small power gain with a pulley upgrade?

The M113 supercharger setup is already fairly efficient from factory. The real benefit here is the 31 Nm torque increase and improved delivery, not peak power. The tune prioritises reliability and drivability on 98 RON.

Does this file require ongoing fuel system monitoring?

The injector mapping and fuel pump recalibration are matched to the 0.9 bar boost target, but it's worth logging fuel pressure and trims during the first few heat cycles to confirm everything is tracking as expected.

Is this safe for daily street driving?

Yes. The tune is conservative for a pulley upgrade and runs safely on 98 RON pump fuel. It's also suitable for closed-circuit use where consistent performance matters more than chasing peak numbers.
